• Role selection (client or trainer) — to understand our audience and tailor your experience.
• Referral data — if you joined through a referral link, we track that connection to reward referrers.

• Send you a one-time welcome email confirming your waitlist spot.
• Notify you when RemoteCoaching launches or has important updates.
• Track waitlist position and referral count.
• Improve our product based on aggregate, anonymized insights.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the waitlist:

• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure. Their privacy policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Their privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We keep your waitlist data until you request removal or until the waitlist closes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.

You have the right to:
